Current laws do not completely guarantee Blood donor privacy. Your state laws go along with the federal laws to form the fabric of your local Blood donor privacy rules. The Bloodmobile computer systems are secure and available only by password access by specified individuals. All Bloodmobile privacy policies and confidentiality policies are part of the Bloodmobile operating procedure. All employees subscribe to these policies.
